Marvel Short #53 – Election season! (part 13)

In a dark parking garage, Baron Zemo and his HYDRA agents confront the Black Cat, whom they've apparently been blackmailing to influence the New York mayoral election against her best friend, Domino.
Staring down into the parking garage from across the street, we see the Fabulous Frog-Man, who has apparently observed this entire interaction. Heartbroken, he leaps away, to tell Domino the news of this betrayal!
The credits for the comic strip, citing the Unsplash users whose photographs were the background art, the ownership of Marvel by Disney, the creation of Marvel characters by actual human beings, and the figure photography/script/lettering by me, Phil Wrede.

Welcome to the conclusion (sort of) to the adventure I’ve been calling Election Season! Some best friend Domino has, huh? You knew there were some shady activities afoot, to keep the mayor in his office without him looking like he was breaking a sweat.

At least the Fabulous Frog-Man is keeping watch over the city, standing for truth and justice! He’ll make sure this gets sorted out… probably.
