Part 8 of the big A.I.M. base assault! The end, it’s here! Not that I want it to be over, but the machinations of The Leader and his crew of pawns are definitely reaching their logical conclusion (for now). If you’re starting your adventures in the Phil Wrede Marvel Action Figure Comic Universe today, welcome,…
In Part 7 of the big A.I.M. base assault, the King of Wakanda, T’Chaka, confronts his estranged nephew, Erik Killmonger. Maybe both Black Panthers will find some closure today! If you haven’t already, now is a great time to get caught up with Parts One, Two, Three, Four, Five, and Six of this tale!
Here we are! Part 6 of the big A.I.M. base assault! The end of this battle (and this storyarc) is in sight!! Read Part 1, and Part 2, and Part 3, and Part 4, and certainly don’t forget Part 5 to get caught up! The Leader was one of the first Marvel antagonists that I…
Part 5 of the big A.I.M. base assault – it begins, here! Read Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Part 4 here, if you like! It took a good long while for the ideal adversaries, Spider-Man and J. Jonah Jameson, to meet in the Phil Wrede Marvel Action Figure Comic Universe, but like every…
Here, I present the last of my short comic interludes between the “main” story of the Phil Wrede Marvel Action Figure Comic Universe. Welcome to Part 3 of the big A.I.M. base assault! See Part 1 and Part 2 here, if you like! There’s nothing that I can write about Chadwick Boseman that hasn’t already been written or said, better than I can write or say it. I hope that, in my little corner of the internet, that…
Of all the things that Taika Waititi has brought to the Thor movies, my very favorite thing has been the troupe of Asgardian actors, who play out such splendidly overwrought versions of the events of the Thor movies that I’m overwhelmed by their charm. It helps that Sam Neill’s been one of the Asgardian players,…
Welcome back to All-New, All-Remote* Avengers for Part 2 of the big A.I.M. base assault! Read Part 1 here, again or for the first time, if you like! I’ll be the first to admit that my toy comics aren’t the most “cinematic” comics out there, regardless of the form and materials used to produce them….
