All-New, All-Remote Avengers #3 – ‘Redress’

Iron Man, War Machine, and Spider-Woman are on a Zoom call together on the top half of the screen. The title of the comic - "All-New, All-Remote Avengers Presents... 'Redress'" - is on the bottom half of the screen.

Iron Man welcomes the Avengers to this latest Zoom call, but Spider-Woman and Domino are not excited to be in attendance.

Iron Man asks if anyone has feedback on the Heroes For Hire app. Hawkeye reports that it sucks. Domino and Spider-Woman question the philosophy behind the service itself.

Iron Man takes the Avengers' remarks out of context, to make the app appear better in his report than it is.

Iron Man can't believe the pushback the app is getting from the Avengers.

War Machine has to drop out of the call and go outside to clear his head.

As War Machine rockets into the sky, Guardian signs into the call, to declare that the Heroes For Hire app doesn't work outside of the U.S.

As Guardian starts to describe specific complaints, Iron Man suddenly discovers he has to sign off of the call. Spider-Woman leaves, too.

Guardian signs off, next, before Hawkeye has a chance to angle his camera down to show everybody his companion animal, Lucky (AKA Pizza Dog).

At the time I was working on this comic, I thought it would be a big deal to have somebody GO OUTSIDE in the middle of a strip. Whether or not it retains any of the drama I thought it had in December of 2020, it was crucial to take the characters out of their homes/offices/secret lairs and put them out into the world! I will always have a ton of fun, having the Avengers shout at each other over a StarkComm call, but heroes and villains can’t really punch one another virtually.
